When you get to the Breakdance website click on ‘Get Breakdance’.

Download and install

After you purchase log in to your account on the Breakdance website.

• Go to License Keys and copy your licence key.
• Go to downloads and download the latest stable version.
• When the download is finished go BACK to your WordPress admin dashboard.
• From the Admin sidebar go to plugins > add new plugin.
• Click on Upload plugin.
• Choose the Breakdance file you just downloaded and install now.
• This may take a couple of minutes.
• When it’s done click on activate.

Activate the licence

• After activating the page builder go to the admin side bar.
• Click on Breakdance > Settings.
• PASTE in the licence key you copied from your account earlier.
• Save changes.

Create Directories

On install Breakdance SHOULD install extra directories on your webserver. I like to go to Breakdance > Settings > Tools and click the ‘Create Directories’ button just to be sure. Clicking this button securely creates them. 

BTW – if your webserver is rebooted Breakdance may ask you to create these again. Your website will work as normal and you won’t have lost anything but it will require those working directories to edit.
